HUMANOID ROBOTICS REPORTS · PRIVACY
How we handle your information
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our research, create an account, purchase reports or library access, or contact us.
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Humanoid Robotics Reports (HRR) is a brand of One Robotics Supply Group LLC. This policy covers humanoidroboticsreports.com and the customer accounts, purchases and inquiries handled through this website.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@humanoidroboticsreports.com. Our operating office is 7710 Ranch Road 620 North, Building 13-D, Austin, TX 78726, United States.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, username and account credentials, together with profile information you provide. Account tools allow you to update your name, email, billing address and password.
- Orders and billing: the reports or access you purchase, order date and number, billing address, country, state or region, postal code, amounts, taxes, payment status and payment transaction references. Records can also include refunds and the access associated with your purchase.
- Inquiries and signups: information entered in our forms or sent by email. Depending on the form, this includes your name, work email, company, job title, inquiry type, research topic, message, intended audience, preferred timing and optional budget. The research-updates form asks for an email address. Please avoid sending confidential information or payment-card details in messages.
- Technical and download activity: IP addresses, requested pages or files, request times and response status in hosting logs; purchase-related IP information; and records used to track purchased access and downloads. Checkout is configured to detect a visitor’s country or region. Our email service also records delivery status and email-open activity.
3. How we use information
We use information to process orders and taxes; create and maintain accounts; provide purchased reports and library access; send receipts, account messages and other transactional emails; respond to research and support requests; manage requested research updates; investigate failed transactions or access problems; prevent abuse; and maintain business, accounting and transaction records.
Download activity helps administer access and investigate delivery problems. A browser-stored timer helps space download attempts. It does not determine whether a customer has purchased access.
4. Payments through Stripe
Stripe processes payments through the website’s Easy Digital Downloads integration. Payment fields are provided through Stripe’s technology. HRR’s order system retains order and billing information, payment status and transaction references; payment processing therefore involves personal information even though payment-card entry is handled through Stripe.
Stripe processes payment, device and transaction information for payment processing and related purposes, including fraud prevention. Stripe technology also loads on some non-checkout pages of this website. Read Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its practices and privacy choices. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes to HRR by email or through inquiry forms.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The website uses WordPress and Easy Digital Downloads to manage content, customers, orders and access. WP Engine provides hosting. Elementor forms handle website inquiries, and Elementor’s Email Deliverability service (Site Mailer) sends website emails and records delivery and open activity. Stripe provides payment processing.
Information submitted through our research-request and signup forms is sent to an internal business inbox for handling. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to run these services, including site records, message content, recipient addresses and technical logs. Authorized staff and technical service providers may need access to relevant information to operate the site or resolve a request.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, disputes or the protection of legal rights. This policy does not extend to the independent privacy practices of third-party websites.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress and the store use browser technologies to support login sessions, shopping-cart functions and checkout. The download interface also uses local storage to remember a short download cooldown across tabs in the same browser. Stripe’s embedded technology supports payments and fraud prevention.
You can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser. Blocking or clearing them can sign you out or affect checkout and other site functions. These browser controls are separate from any rights you may have to make a privacy request.
Email-open activity recorded by our delivery service is separate from website browsing analytics. Whether an email is recorded as opened can depend on your email application’s handling of remote content.
7. Transactional emails and optional updates
Purchase and account emails support the service you requested—for example, receipts, account access and password-related messages. Research inquiries and executive-summary requests are handled as requests for follow-up.
Research updates have a separate signup form. An inquiry or purchase is not, by itself, a request to join that list. The signup form provides for unsubscribing by replying to an update; you can also contact info@humanoidroboticsreports.com about your email preferences. Stopping optional updates does not prevent transactional messages needed to administer your account or purchases.
8. Retention
Customer, order, access and download records support ongoing purchases, customer service and business recordkeeping. Inquiry messages, email-delivery records and hosting logs are also held in the systems used to handle them. The required retention depends on the type of record, ongoing service needs, disputes and applicable accounting or legal requirements.
Account closure or a privacy request does not necessarily require every transaction record to be removed. Relevant records may need to be retained or anonymized. Backup copies and provider-held records can follow separate retention processes.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and uses account authentication and purchase-based checks for protected access. These measures help protect information and purchased content, but no website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee complete security. Keep your account password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Privacy requests and your choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or request deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict particular uses. Some requests are subject to exceptions, including obligations to retain certain records.
Email info@humanoidroboticsreports.com with your request. Describe what you need and use your account email where possible. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records before disclosing or changing them. Do not send a password or full payment-card details. We will consider the request under the requirements that apply to it.
11. Children, international processing and other websites
HRR’s research and purchasing services are intended for professional and business audiences, rather than children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
HRR operates from the United States. Information is handled through our business and service-provider systems and may be processed outside your country. The privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Links to other websites are provided for reference. Their operators control their own information practices; review their privacy policies when using those services.
12. Policy updates and related terms
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Any additional notice required for a change will be provided as applicable.
This policy addresses personal information. Report use and refund conditions are described separately in the Individual Report License, Individual Report Refund Policy and Annual Library Access terms.
